Adam has had the privilege of building more than just food trucks and trailers — he’s been building a legacy alongside his father, Kevin Heenan. Under Heenan Concessions, Kevin started the business himself over 10 years ago with a vision, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. What began as an idea quickly became a respected name in custom food truck and trailer builds industry.
A Legacy Built Together
For the last six years, Adam worked side by side with his dad, learning not only the technical skills behind every weld, wire, and finish — but also the values that truly matter in business: integrity, pride in your work, and standing behind everything you build. Adam looks up to his father not only as a mentor, but as the example of what it means to be a hardworking business owner. Every project completed together strengthened not just the company, but their bond as father and son. Now, as Kevin steps into retirement, a new chapter begins.
